Following up on last year's release, AP Organism shows us another layer to his sound with this new 6-track mini album, Universal Fish. Expertly weaving subtle nods and acknowledgments to the sounds of Detroit with the dub teachings of King Tubby and the psychedelic travels associated with both of Britain's Summers Of Love movements into freeform like jazz sessions sounds like a daunting task. Andy manages to do just that while keeping his foot on that rhythmic shuffle and groove his fans instantly recognize.
