“This album is my personal time capsule, marking my development and progress as a musician up to this point in time. Two themes run parallel to each other thorough all eight tracks: relationships in one hand, country/coastal living in the other. I also wanted the album to be about sounds, how they enter and leave a room, so if you find yourself chasing one or being followed by another, that is an important part of the listening experience.”

Marrying genres, styles and influences from years of music listening into a set of tracks can be difficult at the best of times. The Lexicon Of A Romantic takes aspects of the 80's new wave movement, ambient soundscape work, movie scores, dub, and minimal techno, and lays them out in various combinations over the 54 minute journey.
