"These pieces form a soundtrack to a world that never came to be."

Daniel Ruten aka Mellonius One and Tore Lehmann aka pr0te first met as label mates on a D&B imprint in 2013 and quickly found that they had a similar ethos in creating music. In addition to producing music, pr0te is an independent game developer.

This collaboration was based on a video game concept exploring themes of escapism, isolation, and dreams in the environment of a mysteriously abandoned castle.

The game ultimately never came to fruition, but its essence lives on in these six compositions.
